We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Non-defective (buyer’s remorse): Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  • Defective: Items can be returned even if opened. Please report defective products within the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Hygiene & Final Sale
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items must be unopened and in original sealed packaging unless defective. Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the credit.

Partial Refunds
May apply if an item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless due to defect).

Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. If already processed, you may return the item under this policy.

Pricing Errors
In the event of a material pricing error, we will contact you to either accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
